Insights: where your revenue comes from
Insights answers one question: which way of getting leads actually pays. Open Insights in the sidebar.
Every lead is tagged, the moment it arrives, with the channel that brought it:
- Website form: a form on your site, a hosted form link, or the script tag. The breakdown shows the form name, or the referring site and utm_source when the visitor came from an ad or a link.
- Booking page: your public booking link, wherever you shared it.
- Email campaign: someone pressed Book now in a campaign you sent. The breakdown shows which campaign.
- AI receptionist: a caller the receptionist answered and booked.
- Missed call text: a caller who got the missed-call text and became a lead.
- Added by hand and Imported: leads your team typed in or brought over from a spreadsheet.
Pick a period at the top. Each row shows leads, deals won with the win rate, revenue won, cash collected on invoices, and what is still open. Revenue won uses the same ledger as Revenue by Service, so the two pages always agree. Open a row for the breakdown. The callout at the top names the channel that brought the most money and, when it is a different one, the channel that closes best.
The channel is set once and never changes, so a returning client keeps the channel that first brought them. On the client card it shows under Phone as “Came from”. Leads from before this feature were tagged from what they already carried: their tags, the form, and the referring site.
Insights is part of the Scale plan.
