Disconnect or reconnect a site

On the Sites page, each connected site has a Disconnect option. Disconnecting stops that site’s forms from delivering leads; your existing leads are not affected.

Reconnect is the repair button: if the WordPress side loses its settings (the plugin was deleted and reinstalled, the site was restored from a backup, or a form suddenly stops showing on the website), the quickest fix is in WordPress: Settings, HoundBell, open “Connected to the wrong business, or restored this site from a backup?” and press Connect again. HoundBell re-links the site and pushes all of its forms back in one step. (Reconnect on the site’s row in HoundBell does the same with a WordPress application password.) Your leads, forms, and history in the app are never touched; they live here, not on the website.
