Put a form on any website (one line of code)

HoundBell forms work on any website: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, GoDaddy, or a plain HTML page. No plugin needed. This is the fastest way to start.

1. Sites page: under Add your website, enter a name and the site’s address (for example example.com), and click Add website.
2. Forms: open the form, set its Website to the site you just added, and save. The Destination card now shows a one-line snippet: <script src="https://app.houndbell.com/embed.js" data-form="…"></script>.
3. Your website: paste that line where the form should appear, using your builder’s HTML or code block (WordPress: Custom HTML block; Wix: Embed Code; Squarespace: Code block; Webflow: Embed element; Shopify: Custom Liquid or HTML). Publish the page.

The form renders directly on your page, in the fonts and colors you chose in the builder (no iframe), with the same consent checkboxes, spam screening, and booking date picker as a WordPress form. Edit the form in HoundBell and the live page updates on its own within a minute. Submissions are only accepted from the domain you registered, so nobody can copy your snippet onto another site.
