New in HoundBell: Your Own Booking Link and Automatic Follow-Ups

Two things shipped this week that close the gap between getting found and getting paid, and both are included on every plan.

Your business now has its own booking link

Every HoundBell workspace now comes with a public booking page at app.houndbell.com/book/your-name. Put the link in your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile, a text message, or a QR code on the truck, and customers book real openings from your actual calendar. No website required.

The full hosted booking page: business name, calendar with real availability, contact form, consent checkbox, and the request button
The whole page: your brand, your real availability, and the request form.

The page carries your logo, your accent color, and your business hours, and it greys out taken slots automatically so double-booking stays impossible. Requests wait for your confirmation, and every requester lands on your Leads page like any other lead. Setup takes about a minute: here is the walkthrough.

Automatic follow-ups, on every plan

Unanswered quotes now get a polite nudge on day 3 and day 7. Unpaid invoices get day 3, day 7, and one more the day after they go overdue. The moment someone answers or pays, the reminders stop. It is on by default, and one click in Branding turns it off.

The Automatic follow-ups card in Branding with the follow-up toggle switched on
On for every account from day one. Turn it off here anytime.

Both features come with built-in consent collection and one-click unsubscribe, so your communication stays as professional as your work.
