Remove HoundBell branding (Scale)

On Scale, HoundBell’s name is removed from everything your clients see: the booking page, the quote, invoice, and agreement pages, and the footer of every email they receive from you. Text messages keep the short “Sent via HoundBell” line, which is part of the carrier registration that lets your business number send at all. The change is automatic the moment a Scale subscription is active; nothing to configure.
