Scout: say it, confirm it, done

Scout is the hound that goes ahead and comes back with the job done. Type what you want in the bar on the Dashboard or the Daily Brief, in plain words.

1. Say it: “text Dana the booking link”, “email Mark his quote”, “move Luis to Job Scheduled”, “note on Walt: gate code 4411”.
2. Scout shows the exact sentence it is about to send and who gets it. Nothing moves yet.
3. Tap Confirm. Done, and logged: the next morning’s Daily Brief lists everything Scout did.

Every morning Scout lines up what is ready, the quote worth a nudge, the invoice to send, the lead going quiet, on its page and in one morning line. Press Confirm on one, or Do all. Each kind of action has a three-way switch: Scout does it on its own, asks you first, or leaves it alone. Ask me sends a push.

One button runs a whole job. Chase everything sends the one-click reminder to every stale quote and unpaid invoice. Fill my week texts everyone with an open quote an opening this week, with the booking link. Rebook the quiet ones sends the come-back text to customers with no booking in 90 days, at most one per customer every 60 days. Fill the street looks at the streets where a crew is already booked this week and texts your past clients on that street, or within a mile: we are nearby that day, want a slot? Each shows you the list first, with boxes to untick, then Confirm.
