The Daily Brief
The Daily Brief is your morning to-do list, and it writes itself. Every lead sitting in a stage that has an action template becomes a task: “Send a proposal to Robert Kim,“ “Contact Emily Chen.“ Tasks are grouped by pipeline with the deal value beside each one.

- Check a task off when it is done. Checked tasks move to the Completed list, and they reset automatically when the lead moves to a new stage (a new stage means a new action).
- The green money on the table banner totals the value tied to today’s unfinished tasks.
- Waiting on money lists every outstanding quote and unpaid invoice, oldest first, with how long each has been waiting and a link to the Quotes & Invoices page. A quick nudge on anything sitting here more than a few days works wonders (Article 6.4 and 7.6 cover one-click reminders).

What changed on 9-7: the Brief is now full width. The quote of the day sits at the top (the โป arrow shows another). Each task names the lead as a blue link that opens their card without leaving the page. To the right of a task, Open in pipeline opens that board in a new tab and scrolls straight to the lead’s card, which pulses for a few seconds so you can spot it even in a long column. The header of each pipeline section reads Open pipeline →.
