Workspaces, and using HoundBell as an agency

A workspace is one business’s world: its own leads, forms, sites, pipelines, branding, and money. The workspace switcher sits at the top of the sidebar.

• + New workspace creates another one, which is how agencies run HoundBell: one workspace per client, each with its own branding and its own connected website, switched from one dropdown.
• The pencil icon renames the current workspace.
• The trash icon deletes it. Deleting a workspace permanently removes everything in it, so the app makes you type the workspace’s name to confirm.

If your dashboard ever looks unexpectedly empty, check the workspace switcher first; you are probably just looking at a different workspace.
