Search everything, and the automatic sign-out

Search: the search bar at the top of every page finds leads (by name or email), quotes and invoices (by client name, or an invoice by its number such as INV-0012), any page in the app, and help articles. Click it or press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and start typing; results appear underneath, grouped by type. Picking a lead opens their card right away.

Automatic sign-out: for the safety of your customer records, HoundBell signs you out after an hour with no activity. Five minutes before that, a “Still working?” box appears with a countdown; one click keeps you signed in. If you come back to the login page with a note that you were signed out for inactivity, just sign in again; nothing was lost.
