Setting up your business type

When you create your first business (or add another from the sidebar), HoundBell asks two questions: the business name and what type of business you run. Pick your trade from the list (search works: type plumbing, salon, lawn care) and HoundBell builds your starting kit: a pipeline with the stages your trade actually uses (site visit and estimate for contractors, book and repeat for cleaners and detailers, discovery call and proposal for agencies and consultants), a quote-request form with the right questions already routed to that pipeline, and your services pre-filled on your booking page. Everything is editable afterward on the Pipelines, Forms, and Settings pages. If your trade is not listed, choose Something else and you get a general sales pipeline to shape yourself.
