Always on, or only when you miss a call

Where: Settings, AI Receptionist card, Answers dropdown.

Choose how the receptionist shares your number:

• Every call, 24/7: the receptionist answers first, every time, day or night.
• Only when you don’t pick up: your phone rings first. The receptionist only takes the call if nobody answers.

Switch between them any time from the same dropdown. Switching to after-hours only takes effect on the next call; switching back to always-on hands the number straight to the receptionist right away. Either way, every call the receptionist takes still books a real opening on your calendar, creates the lead with a call summary, and texts the confirmation, exactly the same as if you had answered.
