Minutes, plans, and the test drive
Where: Billing, receptionist plans. Settings, AI Receptionist card, minutes meter.
The receptionist is a separate add-on from your CRM plan, priced by the minute:

Going over the allowance costs $0.35 a minute; nothing is cut off mid-call. The Settings card shows a meter for minutes used this month, and it resets on the first.
Try it first. Every paying account gets a 30-minute test drive over 14 days, once, from Billing. Use it to hear the greeting, ask it a few questions the way a caller would, and try booking something before you commit to a plan.
