Reading the recent calls list

Where: Settings, AI Receptionist card, below the on/off switch.

Every call the receptionist takes shows up in Recent calls with the caller, the outcome, how long the call lasted, and a short summary of what happened. When the caller matches an existing client, there is a link straight to their lead card so you can see the call next to everything else you know about them.

Use this list the way you would a voicemail log: a quick scan to catch anything that needs a callback, and confirmation that bookings made over the phone show up the same as any other booking, on your calendar with a confirmation already sent.
