Under Help there is a box: I give HoundBell consent to access my account for support. Tick it when you want us to take a look. It lasts 30 days and turns itself off; untick it to end it sooner. Every visit by support is listed under the box with the date and time. Nobody at HoundBell can open your account while the box is off, except for 24 hours after we set an account up for you by hand, which the welcome email tells you.
