How leads get routed and priced

When someone submits a form:

  1. A lead is created in your workspace with the visitor’s answers attached.
  2. It enters the pipeline you chose, at that pipeline’s first stage.
  3. The tags you set are applied, and the lead is stamped with its marketing source automatically: the ad, search engine, or referring site that sent it. No cookies, nothing to configure.
  4. The lead’s Service is read from the form’s service dropdown automatically.
  5. If you set a Service value for that service, the lead’s dollar Value is filled in.
  6. Submissions are screened on the way in: impossible names and emails are refused outright, and suspicious-but-possible entries arrive tagged possible-spam with the reasons listed (see Spam protection). You get a notification email with the lead’s details and a button that opens the app.
The form builder Leads go to pipeline dropdown open, showing the pipelines a form can send leads to, outlined in red
Which pipeline a form’s leads land in is set once, in the builder’s Destination card.
