How leads get routed and priced
When someone submits a form:
- A lead is created in your workspace with the visitor’s answers attached.
- It enters the pipeline you chose, at that pipeline’s first stage.
- The tags you set are applied, and the lead is stamped with its marketing source automatically: the ad, search engine, or referring site that sent it. No cookies, nothing to configure.
- The lead’s Service is read from the form’s service dropdown automatically.
- If you set a Service value for that service, the lead’s dollar Value is filled in.
- Submissions are screened on the way in: impossible names and emails are refused outright, and suspicious-but-possible entries arrive tagged possible-spam with the reasons listed (see Spam protection). You get a notification email with the lead’s details and a button that opens the app.
