Put your form on your website

The shortcode or script tag sits at the top of the form builder in a dark “Put it on your site“ card with a Copy button. The form centers itself inside whatever column you place it in. To keep it flush left instead, add `align=“left“` inside the shortcode or `data-align=“left“` on the script tag (plugin 2.2.1 or later).

1. In the form builder, find Shortcode for this form. It looks like:

`[houndbell_form id=“xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx“]`

1. Copy it.
2. In WordPress, edit the page where the form should appear and paste the shortcode where you want the form (in a Shortcode block, or directly in a paragraph in most page builders).
3. Update the page and view it. The form renders with your design.

The form must be assigned to that WordPress site in the builder’s Destination card, and the site must show Connected on the Sites page.
