Quote statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not sent. Only you can see it. |
| Sent | Emailed to the client, not opened yet. |
| Viewed | The client opened their quote page. |
| Accepted | The client said yes. The lead’s value updates to the quote total. |
| Declined | The client said no; any reason they gave shows on the quote. |
| Expired | The Valid until date passed without an answer. |
The Quotes tab shows totals for Outstanding (sent and viewed), Accepted, and Drafts, with filter chips for every status. The Reminded column shows when you last nudged each quote.
