Every quote line can answer the question owners ask themselves most. Press Am I charging enough? on a line and HoundBell shows what a line like yours usually goes for in your trade, and how often it closes.

Your own history comes first: how many quotes like this one you have closed and what the closed ones averaged. Under it sits the trade’s range, built anonymously from every HoundBell business in that trade. If the range says you are leaving money on the table, Use price writes the better number straight into the line. When there is not enough data from other businesses yet for a line like yours, the panel says so, and it fills in as more join.

What gets shared, and the switch

Nobody sees your name, your clients or your quotes; only the range. The switch lives under Settings > Business: “Add my prices to the trade range (anonymous)”. Turn it off and your prices stay out of the pool, and you still see the range.

The numbers come from real quotes and real outcomes, so the answer gets sharper as your history grows. It sits one tap from the line you are pricing, which is exactly when the question matters.
