A work record that travels with them

Good crew stay where the work they do counts for something. Every crew member gets a public work record at their own link: jobs done, hours on the clock, job photos, the public Google reviews that name them, and where the work was done.

Every number is stamped by the business’s own HoundBell at the time the work happened, not typed in by the crew member. That is what makes it worth showing: it reads like a timesheet, not a resume.

On the pass

The record lives as one line on the crew pass: Open, Copy my link, and a public switch the crew member controls. It is their record; they decide who sees it.

There is an employer switch on your side too, if you would rather your business not appear on work records. Most owners leave it on: a crew member proud of the record tends to be a crew member who stays.
