Sign or accept on the tech’s phone

The client is standing right there and the agreement is still unsigned. The pass closes that gap.

• When it appears: an open job with an unsigned agreement or an open quote shows “Sign the agreement on my phone” and “Accept the quote on my phone” on the pass.
• How it works: the tech hands the phone over, and the client signs or accepts on the same secure page they would get by email. Nothing new to learn on either side.
• The record: the document shows it was signed or accepted on the crew member’s phone, with that crew member recorded as the witness.

It works with Good, Better, Best quotes too: the client picks their option and accepts on the spot. The signature itself works the same as any client signature.
