My form is not showing on my website

Check these in order:

1. The site shows a green Connected badge on the Sites page.
2. The form’s WordPress site dropdown (builder, Destination card) is set to that site, and you clicked Save & publish.
3. The shortcode on the WordPress page exactly matches the one shown in the builder.
4. Your site’s caching plugin may be serving an old copy of the page. Clear the site cache and reload.
