Turn an accepted quote into an invoice

The moment a quote is accepted, two shortcuts appear:

• Its row on the Quotes tab (and the lead card) gets an Invoice button. One click opens the invoice builder with every line item and note copied over.
• Starting a + New invoice for a client who has accepted, un-invoiced quotes first asks: Create invoice from quote? Pick the quote to start from it, or choose Start from scratch instead.

Once a quote has been invoiced, its row shows Invoiced and it stops being offered, so you can never double-bill an accepted quote by accident.
