Send your books to QuickBooks

Two one-click exports on Quotes & Invoices → Invoices (top right of the filter row) keep your bookkeeper happy without retyping a single invoice:

• QuickBooks: invoices CSV downloads every invoice in QuickBooks Online’s own import format. In QuickBooks: Settings (gear) → Import data → Invoices, upload the file, match the columns (they’re already named the way QuickBooks expects), and your HoundBell invoices appear as real QuickBooks invoices, line items and all.
• QuickBooks: payments CSV downloads every payment you’ve received (card and manually recorded) as simple Date / Description / Amount rows, the same shape as a bank statement, for reconciling deposits.

Tip: hand both files to your bookkeeper at month end, or import them yourself in a couple of minutes. A live QuickBooks connection that syncs automatically is on the roadmap.
