Get directions to any job

Every address in HoundBell is one tap from navigation. On an iPhone or iPad the link opens Apple Maps already routing to the address; on Android or a computer it opens Google Maps directions, which hands off to your maps app if you have one.

You’ll find the link wherever an address appears:

• Lead card. Under any address field, including the one in customer info, a “Get directions” link.
• Calendar. Open a booking; “Get directions” sits beside the job-site address.
• Daily Brief. In Today’s schedule, the address on each visit is the link.
• My jobs (field crew). Each job has a Directions button.
• Booking emails. The confirmation, reschedule, and reminder emails your client and your team receive include “Get directions” beside the Where line, so the crew can tap into navigation from the email itself. Virtual bookings show the Zoom note instead.

Texts do not include a map link. Long links make a text cost more and can get it flagged by carriers, so the address is written out instead.
