The job receipt your client keeps

When a job is finished, your client can keep one dated page that holds the whole visit: when it was booked, when the crew was on the way and arrived, when it was done, the crew’s note, the checklist count, and the before-and-after photos. One link, no sign-in, theirs to keep.

Send it

Finished bookings grow a Job receipt row. Open shows you the page exactly as the client sees it; Send to client emails them the link.

The link also rides along on invoices for finished jobs, so the bill and the proof of the work arrive together.

Why it works

Every stamp on the receipt comes from what actually happened: the booking, the crew’s taps on the pass, the photos from the job. Nothing is written after the fact. The page ends with Book again and Leave a review, so the record of this job quietly asks for the next one. From the receipt your client can also open their Home Record, the page that collects every job at their home.
